Centreville hosted a great couple of events last night.  To start off the evening, the Wildcat JV wrestling squad competed with Chantilly’s JV squad for some great competition.  Joined on an adjoining mat was Centreville’s own SYA squad battling it out with the Chantilly’s CYA squad.  It was hard to decide which mat to watch!  What a great warm up for what would be a thrilling Varsity meet with District rival Chantilly HS.  With a final score of 36-27, your Wildcats defeated Chantilly, with some help from the hometown crowds who were cheering on the squad and to also honor the Wildcat Seniors Danny Kim, Shawn Carter, David Micklus, Brett Miller and the Team’s Manager, Carson Brown who competed at home for the last time.  Full meet results can be found here, courtesy of Virginia Wrestling Association.    Our pictures are now available for viewing! Congratulations and best of luck to our Seniors – we will miss you!
